Please read the below notice before you place an order!
Our Processing and Shipping Department standard delivery time is within 5-7 business days. However, if the order is placed and express/overnight delivery is requested, we will deliver the order within 2 days. Our inventory changes constantly but we will notify you within 24 hours if your item/s are not in stock. Normally, it takes up to 2 weeks to ship an order if the item is out of stock. After we ship your package, a tracking number will be emailed to you with an estimated delivery date, please provide us with an email address that you frequently check.
Returns Procedure and Guidelines
We are here to serve you, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below.
If you wish to return/exchange your item(s), please email us within 3 days after you received your order. We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Exchanges/returns are allowed one time only.
If you request for a refund, 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. However, if you need to exchange your item for a different size/color, we will waive the restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping and wish to return the merchandise, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. "Free shipping is awarded under the condition of purchase".
- The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs on the replacement.
- We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.
